Sub-4- career

Heute mal einen kleinen Überblick über meine Sub-4 Karriere:
1.Tag: Praktikanten beginnen in Sub-4 am ersten Tag um 10.00am. Ich nicht. Ich zählte bereits bevor ich überhaupt begonnen hatte nicht mehr als Praktikantin, sondern als volle Mitarbeiterin.
2.Tag: Ich musste von Regina das Telefon übernehmen und wurde somit zur Telefonistin, dazu bekam ich von Rob die Website und wurde Webmasterin.
2. Woche: Rob hatte frei und ich übernahm die gesamte Verpackungsabteilung und als Robs Stellvertretung auch den Laden- und Internetverkauf.
3. Woche: Josh begann sein 2wöchiges Praktikum und ich wurde somit Vorsitzende der Praktikanten. In der 4. Woche hatte ich bereits 2 Mitarbeiter zu beaufsichtigen.
4.Woche: neben der Verpackungsabteilung übergibt Rob mir auch die Versandtabteilung und die Kasse. Ich habe neben Josh noch Adam mit Aufgaben zu versorgen - und somit selber nicht viel zu tun...
Ab Weihnachten werde ich neben der Verpackungsabteilung noch die Buchhaltung übernehmen, weil Regina dann im Urlaub ist.
Langsam frage ich mich, warum jemand nen MBA hat, wenn er/sie so leicht ihren Job an eine kleine Praktikantin abgeben kann... und ich hab neben Buchhaltung noch viel mehr Bereiche zu beaufsichtigen... x)

Today an insight in my Sub-4 carrier:
1st day: Students usually start in sub-4 at 10 am at the first day. So not me. Before I started I already counted as full employee and not as student doing her work experience.
2nd day: Regina made me responsible for the phone. I become the sub-4 telephone operator. Additionally Rob made me responsible for the website and I become Sub-4 webmaster
2nd Week: Rob was off and I assume the packing department and represented Rob in his retail and Internet order tasks.
3rd Week: Josh started his 2-weeks placement and I become his supervisor. In the 4th week I already had to look after two employees.
4th Week: In addition to the packing rob offered me the posting department and the till. Beside Josh I had to supervise Adam and kept both busy - means I hadn't enough tasks for my own.
After Christmas I am taking the accounting department over because Regina is on holiday. I am wondering why people need to study for MBA just to do a bit accounting while me little student can run the half business on my own... x)
